VOICES OF THE OLD GODS — EK EM TÝR I Am Tyr Video

VOICES OF THE OLD GODS — EK EM TÝR (I Am Tyr) Enter the ancient world of Týr, the one-handed god of courage, battle, duty, and sacrifice. A god known not simply for strength, but for standing firm when others would not. When Fenrir grew too powerful for the gods to ignore, they brought forth Gleipnir — a binding that appeared soft and harmless, yet could not be broken. The wolf did not trust them. He demanded a pledge. A hand placed within his jaws. None stepped forward. Týr did. Knowing the price, he placed his hand into Fenrir’s mouth. When the gods refused to release the wolf, Fenrir closed his jaws. Týr lost his hand. But not his courage. Through Old Norse vocals, powerful Nordic rhythms, and a darker atmosphere of honor and sacrifice, Týr tells his own story. From his journey with Thor to the hall of Hymir... to the binding of Fenrir... to Loki's reminder of the hand he lost... and toward the fate still waiting beyond the walls of Asgard. Garmr waits. Fenrir waits. And Ragnarök draws closer. “I gave a hand, yet still I stand.” ⚔️ VOICES OF THE OLD GODS EK EM TÝR is the sixth chapter of a musical journey through Norse mythology. After Hel, Odin, Thor, Freyja, and Loki, the one-handed god now steps forward to tell his story. Each god and goddess has their own voice, with music shaped around their unique history, powers, personality, and fate. From the frozen halls of Hel to the wisdom of Odin. From the thunder of Thor to the magic of Freyja. From the chaos of Loki to the unwavering courage of Týr. And more voices are still to come... The old gods are awakening.
