But I can also use the whey, if it's not sour. 1 egg. Lightly chop the cottage cheese. 2 tbsp (30 g) chopped sun-dried tomatoes. 2 tbsp (10 g) parsley. 1 clove garlic. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon psyllium husk. 2–3 tbsp (20–25 g) almond flour. Let sit for 10 minutes. Sprinkle almond flour on a board. Spray your hands with vegetable oil and shape into patties. I can freeze them and cook them later. Total sauce: ~60 kcal 1 tbsp sauce: ~15 kcal Sauce. I'll need 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt. 2 tbsp (30 ml) whey left over from making cottage cheese. Finely grate 1 cucumber. Be sure to squeeze out the juice. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley. The sauce is ready! I still have some whey left over; I'll show you how to make an omelet with it. Total omelet: ~335–405 kcal 1/3 omelet: ~112–135 kcal Omelet: 2 eggs. 3-4 tablespoons (45-60 ml) whey. 1/2 cup (50-70 g) grated mozzarella. Grate on a coarse grater.
