The Prophet ﷺ asked: "Do you know who the bankrupt is?" The bankrupt of his nation comes on the Day of Resurrection with prayer, fasting and zakat. But he comes having insulted this one, slandered this one, consumed the wealth of this one, shed the blood of this one and struck this one. So each of them is given from his good deeds. If his good deeds run out first, some of their sins are thrown on him.
The five debts, the hornless sheep, and the one thing the Prophet ﷺ told us to do today, before there is no dinar and no dirham. Every verse and hadith is listed below with its reference.
