WAYNE NEWTON - Danke schoen - Bass cover

This was originally a German instrumental song dated 1959. Wayne Newton made it famous by releasing the English version in 1963. The correct German spelling is "Danke schön" which means "Thank you very much". The tuning is 447 Hz. Recorded using Garageband and OBS Studio powered by Presonus Studio 68c. The bass is Ibanez Musician MC924 made in Japan in 1982. The soundchain includes Empress compressor, Sonic Maximizer, Boss CEB-3 chorus, and SansAmp Tech 21 Bass Driver D.I. V.2 (EQ flat). Song info https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danke_S... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Not necessarily 100% like the original, but to be used in a cover band. This is neither a studio recording nor an educational video. This is to honor the composers and the previous generations of musicians and to enjoy the tune as is. Yes, there are mistakes and I hope I will be able to play the tune better some day :-)
