Alice Holt Parkrun. Hills, Hills and more Hills!!

My first time running at Alice Holt Forest parkrun turned into something I didn’t expect. What looked like a scenic forest 5K quickly became a tough, hilly challenge that pushed me to my limits. In this running vlog, I take on one of the UK’s most underrated parkrun courses, deal with the climbs, question my pace, and try to figure out what really happened with my finish time.
