Sleep Talkdown by the Fire (No Music + Black Screen)

This fireside talkdown begins with a short breathing exercise, and is then followed by a simple visualisation, imagining your ideal place to relax, which will help to take your mind away from present worries. It will then go into a "countdown to relaxation" from 20, and will finish with some repeating affirmations that will gradually become quieter until you are left with the soothing sound of the crackling fire as you continue to fall asleep. With the rise of AI generated content, I feel it appropriate to reassure you that I am a human creator, with a deep love of storytelling, meditation and sleep. I work on my own to bring you as many varied tracks as possible, and I hope you continue to enjoy my creations!
