Echoes of Emotions 🫶 | Erasmus+ Youth Exchange 🇪🇺 | Siófok 🇭🇺

From September 5–14, youth from Hungary 🇭🇺, Slovakia 🇸🇰, and Romania 🇷🇴 gathered in Siófok, Hungary for an unforgettable Erasmus+ Youth Exchange. This project was all about self-reflection, emotional well-being, and mastering the art of journaling as a tool for mental health. Through non-formal learning, interactive workshops, and deep intercultural nights, we broke the stigma around mental health and built friendships that will last a lifetime. Check out our journey, the workshops, and the amazing energy of this project! 🌍💙 This video was produced within the framework of the Echoes of Emotions project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. 🇪🇺 The sole responsibility of this publication lies with the author.
