Homeless in Torrevieja Spain | An Englishman Living in a Tent

This time on Expat in Mazarron, I take a trip to Torrevieja to meet Mike, an English YouTuber I’ve been following for nearly four years. We’ve exchanged YouTube messages over the years, but this was our first meeting in person. Mike kindly invited me to Tweety’s Fish & Chips, about an hour and a half’s drive from where I live. After a very nice meal, we headed back to the field where he lives off grid in a makeshift tent. Mike is homeless, and our conversation gives an insight into his everyday life: how he manages, the challenges he faces, and what he wishes people understood about living this way. Sadly, his dog Tina, who kept him company, passed away a month ago. I ask Mike four questions about his life today. We don’t revisit how he became homeless, as he has already told that story in a longer video on his own channel. Thank you, Mike, for inviting me and sharing your time and experiences. ▶️ Find Mike on YouTube: DELTA MIKE DOWN AND OUT IN TORREVIEJA @DeltaMikeTorreveja 📧 His email address is available on his channel if you’d like to contact him. What part of our conversation stayed with you? Please keep your comments kind and respectful. #ExpatInMazarron #Torrevieja #LifeInSpain Currencies Direct Need to know how much your sterling is worth today? *Click on the link below to obtain a free no obligation quote http://www.currenciesdirect.com/en/?a...
