Gordon Johncock and Rich Vogler Battle on Bump Day For Final Spot (1988 Indianapolis 500 Bump Day)

72nd Indianapolis 500 - Gordon Johncock attempts to make the Indianapolis 500 as a one-off entry against Rich Vogler. Pancho Carter was also looking for a chance to qualify before the gun went off and the field was frozen Johncock would bump Vogler out of the field, but Vogler would use end-of-the-session heroics and re-bump his way back in, knocking Johncock back out RIP Gordon Johncock and Rich Vogler My Links 𝕏 https://x.com/Hickey93 Venmo https://account.venmo.com/u/hickey93 Buy Me a Coffee https://buymeacoffee.com/hickey Timestamps 0:00 Johncock Final Attempt 0:55 Replay 1:43 Pits Closed 6:14 Vogler Takes the Track 8:10 Johncock Interview 8:48 Vogler Final Attempt Disclaimer: This video contains footage and/or music that I do not own.
