Residents of Luckhoff lament poor service delivery

Residents of Luckhoff in the southern Free State have expressed frustration, over what they describe as years of neglect, saying they have seen little to no development in their communities for more than 10 years. Luckhoff is a small town in the Letsemeng Local Municipality, with a population of more than 40 thousand. Letsemeng is one of the smaller municipalities that fall under the Xhariep District Municipality. Residents say their town has turned into an illegal dumping site and there is no economic growth.
