Stubborn muscle tension can leave your feet, hips, and shoulders feeling tight no matter how much you stretch. This 20-minute myofascial release practice uses a simple massage ball to target areas of built-up tension, helping you feel less stiff, more comfortable, and freer in your movement. It's an accessible self-massage routine for anyone dealing with tight muscles after training, long hours of sitting, or everyday stress. Slow, controlled pressure gives you a chance to notice where your body holds tension and explore what helps it relax. With a tennis ball or massage ball and a little patience, you can make this kind of muscle recovery a regular part of your day. The target areas today are the feet (plantar fascia), your hips and piriformis as well as your traps for tight shoulders. What you need is a tennis ball, fascia massage ball, massage ball or something similar. If things get intense, breathe through them. △ Daily inspiration on Instagram:   / breatheandflow   ▲ Join our exclusive Patreon Community:   / breatheandflow   △ Subscribe to our channel: https://www.youtube.com/breatheandflo... ▲ 7 day beginner yoga program:    • EMBARK | 7 Day Yoga Beginner Program | Sta...   △ 10 day meditation program:    • EXPAND | 10 Day Yoga Meditation Program   ▲ 28 day all levels yoga program:    • IGNITE | 28 Day Yoga Program for All Levels   △ 7 day high intensity program:    • PULSE | High Intensity Interval Program (H...   ▲ Share this video:    • Why Your Body Still Feels Tight Even After...   Thanks to our Patreon supporters to keep this channel going 🙏 Join our wolfpack ♥ --- Website: http://www.breatheandflow.yoga Instagram:   / breatheandflow   Exclusive yoga content on Patreon: https://bit.ly/2M4xEmx Retreats: https://bnfyoga.link/yt-events Teacher trainings: https://bnfyoga.link/yt-events Newsletter: https://bnfyoga.link/yt-homepage/subs...
