Making INSANELY hot fermented 7Pot Brainstrain Chilli Sauce

In this video I make some stupidly hot Fermented hot-sauce using some beautiful Yellow 7Pot Brainstrain peppers. The heat of this rivals my bottle of Daves Insanity Sauce! Fermenting food is great fun. Just be sure to be safe! Make sure everything is clean and sanitised. Run your jars through the dishwasher. If you see any strange moulds or there is a strange smell, then don't eat it! Otherwise, as long as you see some fermentation activity after a few days (bubbles rising from the peppers) then you should be safe.
