I roasted two giant crocodiles whole over charcoal and took them to the village market the next morning. What happened next was incredible — curious crowds gathered around my stall, and both crocodiles sold out in just 15 minutes!
Welcome to Triệu Chiến — Living in the Forest.
My day begins with the peaceful scenery of my forest farm. I carry two giant crocodiles across the hills and bring them home for a special outdoor cooking experience.
Back at the farm, I carefully clean and prepare the crocodiles before roasting them whole over a traditional charcoal fire. As the crocodiles slowly turn golden brown over the glowing coals, I prepare everything for the next morning's market.
Once the crocodiles are fully cooked, I cut the meat into portions and pack it into large baskets, ready for an early trip to the village market. After a long day of cooking, I enjoy a simple dinner featuring crocodile meat and spend some time feeding and caring for my dogs.
Early the next morning, I bring the food to the local market. Many people stop to look, ask questions, and buy this unusual dish. Customers buy the food one after another, and both crocodiles sell out in just 15 minutes!
After the busy market morning, I return to my forest farm with sausages as a special treat for my dogs. I feed them, take care of my animals, and enjoy another peaceful day in the countryside.
For me, living in the forest is about more than cooking and selling food. It is about working with my hands, caring for animals, making a living, and building a simple, self-sufficient life close to nature.
