Fun High Ball in Traffic Goalkeeper Technical Session HD 1080p

For today's session, we had a quick 20 minute warm up to get ready for full sided scrimmages. We focused on a technical high ball session, especially as we would be dealing with a lot of set pieces during the scrimmages, and we need the keepers to be comfortable dealing with crosses when there is traffic in the box.
