Vigilance Raid: 7 Locations Searched Disproportionate Assets Allegation Odisha Vigilance officials have conducted simultaneous searches at seven locations linked to Sambalpur Factories and Boilers Assistant Director Umakant Samantaray over an allegation of possessing assets disproportionate to known sources of income. Searches are underway across Sambalpur, Bhubaneswar, Puri and Khordha. The Vigilance team includes 8 DSPs, 11 Inspectors and 11 ASIs. Searches are being conducted at a 3-BHK flat and office chamber in Dhanakauda, a duplex in Nandan Vihar, a building in Jatani’s Barakuda, a three-storey building in Baliguali, Puri, as well as properties in Balugaon and the officer’s ancestral village.
