Odisha SIR Voter List Update: 3-Day Special Drive Begins | Eligible & Young Voters Can Apply Odisha has launched a three-day statewide special campaign from October 7 to 9 under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) to give eligible voters another opportunity to get their names included in the electoral roll. Eligible voters who were left out during the SIR process can apply to add their names, while young voters who turned 18 by October 1, 2026 can register through Form 6 with their Booth Level Officer. Lists of deceased, shifted, absent and duplicate voters identified during the SIR process will also be made available through district administrations and the CEO Odisha website.
