Some days I wake up feeling energized and ready. And some days… I don’t. This Sunday I was on my period, feeling tired, unmotivated, and honestly just heavy. As a single mom and business owner, it can feel overwhelming trying to take care of everything and everyone while also trying to take care of myself. Instead of waiting to “feel motivated,” I decided to move through the day gently.
