The Day Stefano’s Deal With John Put Hope’s Baby at Risk | Days of our Lives | 2000 | FREE EPISODE

Mimi (Farah Fath) is going from bad to worse. She looks like a mess and is even reduced to eating food out of the trash. Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) tells Belle (Kirsten Storms) and Shawn (Jason Cook) she is afraid Mimi is in trouble and thinks they should check up on her. Later, the school bell rings, and Belle corners a horrified Mimi, demanding to know what is going on. Larry convinces a nasty nurse named Brenda to let Sami (Alison Sweeney) take her break early. Sami thanks him with an innocent kiss on the cheek. It means nothing to her, but Larry clearly has it bad for the girl. When Abe (James Reynolds) arrives at the hospital and spots Larry, he tries to be civil, but Larry erupts. Later, Sami and Brandon (Matt Cedeño) go over their plans for the visit to the strip club. Rolf (William Utay), disguised as “Dr. Reynolds,” arrives in the nick of time. The admissions clerk is about to send Marlo to the free clinic, but Rolf steps in with the proper paperwork and convinces everyone he is her doctor and wants to deliver the baby at University Hospital. Marlo is wheeled into her delivery room, and it is only a matter of time. Meanwhile, Lexie (Renée Jones) eagerly awaits the birth of her son. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Bo (Peter Reckell) do everything they can to clear out her hospital room so they can marry in secret. The friar finally arrives, but a frantic nurse rushes in because a patient needs his last rites, and the friar has to step away. All the while, Hope’s contractions are getting closer and closer, and this baby is coming any minute. Later, Bo spots Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) lurking in the hallway and confronts him. I could barely breathe through this one. What do you remember about the night Hope’s baby was born?
