Mildre spent a decade competing, collecting medals across national competitions, and struggling to access quality running shoes. That frustration stayed with her long after she hung up her spikes. Her Business Administration degree and her outgoing personality help her bring strategic thinking and relationship-building to EtPic's foundation. When she shared her vision of providing decent running shoes to Caribbean athletes facing the same barriers she once did, Didier asked a bigger question: why not create a brand that represents US?
