Starving stray mum trying to raise her newborn babies

When we arrived we saw her and 9 newborn puppies lying at the grass. She had some old bread for food and some dirty water. We couldn't leave her there ever though we don't have the proper place to move her. But we couldn't leave her there. It is not the first time we find a hunter dog abandoned. We took her and her 9 puppies under our care. People see a mother dog skinny or a pregnant female and don't care for it. They do nothing to help.. We have so many stray animals under our care and no foster, so the family is in our refuge. We hope they make it.
