How many times has God brought you out—only for you to find yourself reaching for the VERY thing He delivered you from? Nehemiah 9 is more than a history lesson. It reveals a painful cycle: God rescues His people, they forget His faithfulness, return to old patterns, experience the consequences—and cry out to Him again. And still, His mercy meets them. Tonight, Cyndi Galley is getting real about the cycles women can quietly repeat: returning to unhealthy relationships, ignoring what God already showed us, tolerating habits that keep us emotionally stuck, and reaching backward because moving forward feels unfamiliar. But conviction is not condemnation. It is an invitation to come home, get honest, and choose differently. Nehemiah 9 gives us a practical pattern: 1. Remember what God has already done. 2. Confess specifically—not vaguely. 3. Recognize the pattern you keep repeating. 4. Separate from what keeps pulling you backward. 5. Put your decision in writing. 6.
