South Indian Sambar Recipe | Hotel Style Vegetable Sambar | Idli, Dosa & Rice

Learn how to make a delicious South Indian Vegetable Sambar packed with toor dal, fresh vegetables, tamarind and aromatic spices. This comforting homemade sambar is perfect with idli, dosa, vada or steamed rice with a little ghee. This easy South Indian sambar recipe uses a delicious combination of vegetables including radish, carrot, sambhar cucumber/yellow cucumber, shallots, beans, potato and drumstick/moringa. You can also add brinjal and pumpkin.
