south west coast path Crackington Haven to Boscastle and Tintagel

Join me for the next part of my South West Coast Path adventure as I attempt to walk from Crackington Haven to Tintagel via Boscastle. I abandon my van at Tintgael and catch the 7.30am Bude bus to Crackington Haven. The walk back to Tintagel is described as strenuous to moderate and includes the highest cliff in Cornwall. Some people split this stretch into two sections and leave the Boscastle to Tintagel section for another day…… I stopped just above Strangles Beach for a coffee break before reaching Boscastle in the early afternoon. An hour later, after treating myself to an ice cream and replenishing my water supply, I start the continuous 3 mile walk to Tintagel. I say continuous, as every signpost said Tintagel 3 miles……..
