#truecrime #staceycastor #antifreezekiller A woman already buried one husband. Then her second one died the exact same way — and years later, her own daughter nearly became victim number three, with a suicide note conveniently clearing her mother of everything. This is Stacey Castor's real 2009 murder trial in Onondaga County, New York — her own testimony, the cross-examination that takes it apart piece by piece, and the moment a prosecutor hands her a photograph of a glass and asks her to describe it again, exactly as it happened. 00:00 Cold Open 01:50 Part One — The First Husband 03:00 Part Two — The Locked Door 06:25 Part Three — Two Years Later 09:39 Part Four — The Note 15:13 Part Five — The Defense 17:04 Part Six — Her Version 27:18 Part Seven — The Cross-Examination 38:01 Part Eight — The Glass 42:35 Part Nine — The Verdict Sources: Real courtroom trial-pool footage of People v. Stacey Castor (Onondaga County Court, Judge Joseph Fahey, January-February 2009) via "uglee buggs" public trial archive (sole source, no reuploader branding found in the footage); ABC News/20/20 broadcast segments on the case (used in short clips, max 8s each, per our broadcaster-footage policy); syracuse.com, ABC News, NBC News, oxygen.com, Wikipedia and People of Michigan... The script, narration, research, editing, graphics, timeline and analysis were created independently by Black Tape. Public-record materials shown (court trial-pool footage, broadcast news segments and evidence) were obtained from official and publicly available sources and are presented with original commentary, critical analysis and editorial context. This content is for documentary, educational, news and commentary purposes. Stacey Castor was convicted by a jury in Onondaga County, New York, of second-degree murder (David Castor), attempted second-degree murder (Ashley Wallace) and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing (forging David Castor's will); she was sentenced to 51⅓ years to life and died in custody in June 2016. She was never formally charged in the death of her first husband, Michael Wallace — that death is presented in this video as background/context and publicly stated investigative suspicion, not as a conviction. Anyone charged but not convicted is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. This video is not legal advice and may not include every fact or procedural development of the case.
