Will the G7's 100 million-barrel oil release actually lower what you pay at the pump? Back in March the G7 promised 400 million barrels. They delivered about 320. This "new" 100 million-barrel release is mostly catching up on a promise already made. And relative to how much oil the world actually burns, Justin argues, it's a very small amount. Then the conversation turns to the economic reality landing in your paycheck. Wages are growing at their slowest rate in five years, even as officials boast that GDP keeps rising. Your slice of the pie is getting smaller. Justin also flags "no tax on tips" as a cynical gimmick: the populist perks are set to vanish after the next election, while tax cuts for the rich stay permanent. From Justin's appearance on MS NOW, aired October 5, 2026.
