The Karwendel Alps, and specifically the Riss Valley, are the hidden gem that gets less publicity than other regions, but holds some of the best views. This video compiles many years of visits and hikes in all seasons and weather conditions. The main valley stretches from Vorderriss in Germany, passing Hinterriss, to Eng Alm. Side valleys are the Johanistal and Lalidertal.
