Meet Yaël and Jeremy, the sister and brother duo from beautiful Ticino who are behind Pastificio di Bellinzona. Combining their LOVE for fresh pasta (yep, we're in 🤤), passion for Italian food culture and years of passed on knowledge, we think they are ravioli and gnocchi maestri.
