No Oven? No Problem! Soft Vanilla Cake Baked in a Pot

Soft, fluffy vanilla cake baked without an oven! I used a covered pot on the stove with a bed of salt (sand also works), and the cake rose beautifully. INGREDIENTS 510 g all-purpose flour 3 eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil 230 ml water 1 tbsp. baking powder 200 g sugar 440 ml milk 1 tsp vanilla extract TIPS Keep the lid closed while baking so the heat stays inside.
