(Filmed March 23, 2026) I stayed after Amtrak 704 went by as the Lathrop Z-train, which was running a bit late this day, was trailing close behind it. This was my last catch of the day. This crossing owned by Union Pacific is a mixed install with the close cantilever being an SP 1970s signal install with changes to its lights and light heads, brackets and junction boxes. Its gated mast is a UP early 2000s signal install with its bell, gate and gate lights changed. The left cantilever is an SP 1980s signal install with changes to its lights and light heads.
