Who can use the facilities in Sky89 ? ( luxury apartment buildings ).

Only Recidents ! = ( people who actually live in Sky 89 ! ) can use the facilities in Sky89. If 1 own an apartment in Sky89, but rent it out, IT is the tenant ( the one that rent ), that get the rights to use the facilities ! ( They pay the owner for this ) ! If one bought here and live here, or rent here, the facilities are for you ONLY. NOT for you to give a card to your brother, or sister or cousins to come and use the facilities for free! If you own a luxury apartment but live somewhere else and rent it out, YOU DO NOT have the rights to use the facilities there !!! You gave your renter that right, and you get payed for it every month !! These are the rules by CBRE. I can only imagine that most luxury apartment buildings have same rules ! Simply because the owners payed for the facilities, and in fact own it. ‪@touropia‬ ‪@PhuMyHungCityCenterOfficial‬ ‪@wearelloud‬ ‪@SaigonTếu‬ ‪@angiagroup_official‬ ‪@SAIGONTVOFFICIAL‬ ‪@daihanoi-htv‬ ‪@WhatThePho‬ ‪@LifeofLuxury‬ ‪@vietnamtourstravels2358‬ ‪@misthytv‬ ‪@brokethehabit‬ ‪@skyetran‬ ‪@Sontungmtp‬ ‪@princessameliawu‬ ‪@ellytranofficial167‬ ‪@vingreiser‬ ‪@TravisTravelsVN‬ ‪@GoneAdrift‬ ‪@xxxibgdrgn‬ ‪@jennierubyjane‬ ‪@roses_are_rosie‬ ‪@sooyaaa__‬ ‪@MasteriseHomes‬
