Are high end private schools a scam ?

Is it a scam when marketing promise something you not get ? Is it a scam to have wrong marketing ? What is an International school ? "What defines an international school? An international school is defined as an educational institution that serves students from different national and cultural backgrounds, often established to cater to the children of globally mobile families and aimed at fostering intercultural understanding and broader educational experiences beyond national borders." ( copied from : https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/... ) Is it enough to just have a different curriculum ? IB schools are considered " International schools " and its not many of them in Ho Chi Minh City. They are the most expensive. Most schools in Ho Chi Minh City are doing Cambridge, and are nothing more than fancy private schools, with most teachers being form Non English speaking countries. ‪@WhatThePho‬ ‪@skyetran‬ ‪@SaigonTếu‬ ‪@touropia‬ ‪@vietnamtourstravels2358‬ ‪@LifeofLuxury‬ ‪@wearelloud‬ ‪@roses_are_rosie‬ ‪@princessameliawu‬ ‪@xxxibgdrgn‬ ‪@Sontungmtp‬ ‪@PhuMyHungCityCenterOfficial‬ ‪@angiagroup_official‬ ‪@SAIGONTVOFFICIAL‬ ‪@saigonngaynayTuanDuong‬ ‪@daihanoi-htv‬ ‪@misthytv‬ ‪@GoneAdrift‬ ‪@thenakedguru‬ ‪@SaigonTếu‬ ‪@vingreiser‬ ‪@AlejoIgoa‬
