David, the Shepherd King | Relaxing Bible Story for Deep Sleep

Rest tonight with the gentle story of David, the shepherd boy of Bethlehem who was anointed with oil, played his harp for a troubled king, found a faithful friend in Jonathan, and waited through the wilderness years until God made him king. Close your eyes and let the Good Shepherd lead you beside still waters into peaceful sleep. "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters."
