LAMS May 2021 Regular Meeting

"One Person's Trash is a Mushroom's Treasure" by Danielle Stevenson, founder of D.I.Y. Fungi This talk will share some of the cool things you can do with fungi where you live - from growing protein-rich food on recycled materials, to filtering your greywater, transforming common problem wastes into soil and composing eco-materials out of others. Come for inspiration, instruction and information about neat projects integrating fungi into sustainable waste management, food sovereignty, soil health, art and bio-materials processes.
