Welcome to our channel. In my previous videos, you might have seen how I grow tomatoes at home, and in this video, I want to share with you my family recipe for preserving tomatoes for the winter. I preserve yellow and red cherry tomatoes using different recipes. I add parsley and peppercorns to yellow cherry tomatoes, while red ones have more ingredients. I add cherry leaves to red cherry tomatoes. Cherry leaves impart a wonderful flavor to tomatoes. I don't add garlic to yellow cherry tomatoes, so as not to overpower the parsley flavor.
