My Family Cooking Chicken Adobo in Russia at Their Dacha! + We Enjoying Filipino Fruits!

Russia’s last days of summer are still green, warm, and perfect for a family day at the dacha! 🌿☀️ My mom, dad, aunt, and uncle got together to cook one of their favorite Filipino dishes - Chicken Adobo! 🇵🇭🍗 They’re huge chicken lovers and used to bake chicken in the oven, but now Chicken Adobo has become their favorite way to enjoy it. The flavor is richer, the chicken is incredibly tender, and best of all, it’s surprisingly easy to make once you get used to it! After cooking, they sat together outside, enjoying the food and the last beautiful days of summer in Russia. ❤️ Aunt Lena also gave us a little tour of her dacha garden harvest 🌱🥒🍅 - everything was planted and cared for by her and Uncle Vitya. It’s amazing to see how much they managed to grow themselves!
