How to successfully relaunch listing

Your home didn't sell. Putting it back on the market exactly as it was... same photos, same price logic, same plan... gets you exactly what it got you the first time. Before you relist, some things have to change. In this video I walk through what I look at first: what the showing feedback was actually telling you, what the first weekend has to do differently, and which changes matter versus the ones that just cost money. Because buyers compared your home to the others at your price and chose one of them. A relist that doesn't answer why is just a second first impression, wasted.
