Tai Chi Strikes

In this breakdown from the Tai Chi United system, Master Damian Neve shows how movements like Single Whip, Ward Off, and Fair Lady Weaves the Shuttles contain real, functional strikes. Learn how Tai Chi’s flowing forms are built on practical fighting mechanics and must be able to be done moving quickly. If the form arcs cannot be done moving quickly, the striking path is not correct. The are clips from a seminar on our system's Celestial Dragon Short Form. The audio is from a Zoom recording and is compressed quality. ____________________ Learn With Us! ✨Join us live in-person or online for our weekly classes, seminars, masterclasses and events: https://taichiunited.punchpass.com ✨Get your $1 one week trial pass: https://taichiunited.punchpass.com/pa... ✨Stream our on-demand courses: https://linktr.ee/taichiunited ______________________________ Join Our Secret Scroll Kung Fu Club!
