This is my second in-person training session with ‪@damianneve‬ in North Carolina. We have been working on alignment precision and why it's so important for Tai Chi internal structure and mechanics. Even the smallest deviations in alignment can cause your entire system to break down. Damian shows how bone alignment is key to absorbing and redirecting force effectively. In our lesson he shows how half an inch makes all the difference. I used to believe it's not possible to learn this level of precision from online training but my online training experience with Damian has made me realize as along as you have the right training system and right teacher, a lot can be transmitted via online training.
