In this ManCraft video, I explore a simple idea: water, matter and electricity — the basic ingredients and processes that allow the human body to function — and what happens when we start looking at ourselves as part of the natural world rather than separate from it. From the electrical signals travelling through our nervous system, to the water within us and the physical matter that makes up our bodies, I look at the connections between humans, animals, plants, fungi and the Earth itself.
