Bolton Parkrun 30/11/2024

I ran Bolton Parkrun in 21:44 and finished 7th. The Bolton Parkrun number is 626. 1 more Parkrun event to tie the last year's Parkrun at 50. The last time I ran this event was in May under different running conditions. A little bit of mud is therapeutic... it think. I had to watch my step with the mud and leaves. I would like to thank the volunteers for making this event possible. I am proud of everyone who ran up Cruella Da Hill (twice), especially the 5k Your Way. I kept cheering someone on while running.
