Slow Days of Painting & Breaking My Own Rules | Art Journaling VLOG

The summer is finally drawing to an end here in Portugal, and as I wait for autumn to settle in, I'm sitting down to paint two pages in my handmade art journal. August was a heavy month—the Ten of Wands in full effect. But as I surrendered and drew The Hanged Man for September, things finally began to move. We received long-awaited news about our farm, bringing us one step closer to our dream of moving North. In this video, I’m breaking my own rule of filling just one page a month. Because life doesn't happen in neat, tidy spreads—and sometimes, rules are meant to be broken. Thank you so much for being here and sharing this quiet journey with me. 🌿✨ Much love & light, Sonia ♥ 📖 TIMESTAMPS 00:00 - End of Summer in Portugal 01:13 - Surrendering Control & House News 02:47 - August & The Ten of Wands (Heavy Months) 03:49 - September & The Hanged Man 05:24 - Staying on the Right Path 07:48 - Breaking My Own Rules (2 Pages in 1) 11:12 - Finishing the Two Pages Spread ☕Ko-fi to support & Studio Archives Tier https://www.ko-fi.com/studionorthbound One Page at a Time Playlist    • One Page At A Time   🎨 MATERIALS USED IN THIS VIDEO • Handmade Art Journal (Cotton paper) • Acrylic paints • Mixed media brushes & pastel 💌 CONNECT WITH ME • Instagram: @studio_northbound Music licensed with: https://www.epidemicsound.com Discounts for my viewers: Easel KraftGeek 15% Discount Code: SN15 KraftGeek Online Store: https://bit.ly/47fwXBb Amazon US: https://amzn.to/4flUcLj Fuumuui brushes 10% discount Link:https://fuumuui.com/discount/Sonia Code:Sonia #artjournal #slowliving #tarotart #voiceovervlog #slowvlog
