Shakshuka | Poached eggs with moroccan spiced lamb sausages in tomato sauce!

Hi everyone! This is my favourite weekend breakfast food and I want to share my easy yet flavourful take on Shakshuka. Enjoy! Ingredients: 4 eggs 1/2 canned tomatoes / tomato puree 1 large onion 2 tomatoes 1 bell pepper Baby spinach 1 stalk fresh coriander leaves 200 grams moroccan spiced lamb sausages Sprinkle of Za'atar (optional) 1 tsp garlic powder Salt to taste Olive oil 1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp smoked paprika Feta cheese
