I Joy Payne was in a writing contest shout out to Hyde Park Writers Group this is one of my entries Did you change the world? It's a question When I think of who you are! I think yes, you did change the world for me! Because you showed up, I might not have seen who I'm meant to be! I thought I'm just ordinary! But then I come to know you, then I thought something new. You taught me how to fight, I learn wrong from right, those who talk about you see themselves changing too! I learned valuable lessons from you! I hear you speak words like: “I am the greatest!” and “No weapon formed against me shall not prosper! It won't work!” These words speak to me: strengths, courage, faith, hope and love.
