The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) is launching its provincial manifesto ahead of the November the 4th poll in Inanda, Durban. Police have been deployed as a precaution following clashes yesterday between EFF members and organisers of a Maskandi concert as both events are expected to take place today, just kilometres apart.
