Here is the FULL VIDEO VIRTUAL WALKTHROUGH HIKING Icicle Gorge Trail Loop -    • (4K UHD) HIKING Icicle Gorge Trail! | Near...   Icicle Gorge Trail in Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, Washington, is THE PREMIER Hiking Trail in the greater Icicle Canyon Zone of approximately 7 Developed Campgrounds (First Come, First Served) in the Base Zone of The Enchantments! It is 4.2 Miles, ~360 FT Elevation Gain, a Loop (Not an Out & Back), an Easy to Moderate Hike suitable for all ages and skill levels - great for the whole family! If you bring young kids, please be advised there are many steep cliffs/drop offs in the Gorge Sections overlooking Icicle Creek, so practice situational awareness, maximize safety first, and of course do so at your own risk. Some may be tempted to Cherry Pick this Hike and just Hike from the Trailhead to the Chatter Creek Bridge, a steel Bridge at the Easternmost point of the Loop (or even park in the Chatter Creek Campground Zone and take a Side Trail down to the Bridge to make it even shorter) which is arguably the Main Premium Zone of this Hike - I would disagree with that approach though and recommend doing the entire Loop as there are numerous very high quality features and points of interests along the way that may not be self evident at first glance! This is NOT a "dangled carrot" Hike with a meh Trail to get to the ONE Money Shot at the end.....in my humble opinion, this is a high quality Hike from the first step to the last step and should be viewed as an overall experience completing the Hiking Loop - it is ONLY 4.2 Miles, a drop in the bucket appetizer for most seasoned Wilderness Adventurers! If you come Camping in this World Class Zone, I highly recommend going into Leavenworth for some Bratwurst! It's like visiting a charming little Bavarian Town right in the middle of Washington.
