Shaolin Xi Sui Jing - Marrow Cleansing Sutra - With Shaolin Disciple Shi Heng Chou

Amituofo 🙏🏼 Thank you for stopping by. If you enjoy the video, why not like it and share it with someone you think can benefit from the ancient medicinal practices of Shaolin? My name is Shi Heng Chou "eternal silk". I was initiated as an official Shaolin Disciple of the 35th Generation in January of 2021 by Shifu Shi Yanfan at Shaolin Temple of Los Angeles. I lived and trained in the temple every single day for 3 years straight with no breaks or days off. I also shaved my head for 2 of those 3 years. It is my goal to make Shaolin accessible to everyone without gatekeeping behind a pay wall. Shaolin is for everyone, and I believe that is what the first master, Da Mo, intended. Amituofo
