Gluten Free Switzerland - All family with celiac disease- FUT TALKS | 96

In this FUT TALKS interview, Esther, from Luzern (Switzerland) shares with us the experience with coeliac disease of her family. Within few years, all five members were diagnosed with coeliac disease which, in one hand, was hard for all of them but, in the other, made life in the kitchen much easier as everybody was following the same gluten-free diet. Esther used to love baking bread and, when she had to do it with gluten-free ingredients, she realized that it was not easy anymore. The result, at the beginning, was quite bad. With time and dedication, she found a way to do it and decided to turn it into a small gluten-free bakery in Luzern (Switzerland).
