Today we're talking about something I think so many women can relate to: why adult friendships feel so difficult and what we can actually do to build meaningful connections. Between careers, motherhood, marriage, busy schedules, and just trying to keep up with life, making new friends isn't always as easy as it used to be. But here's the thing: I don't think we have to accept that making friends gets harder as we get older. Sometimes we have to be a little more intentional about creating the friendships and community we want. We're talking about putting ourselves out there, making the first move, finding women with shared interests, and building friendships that fit the season of life we're in.
