UE4 Holo Glitch shader

This is the recipe, with a basic description of how the different parts work. Because this shader is pretty involved, this takes a little while to go through (about 30mins) so grab a drink and get the pause button ready if you want to build this along with my description :) I hope you have as much fun with this shader as I did making it :)
