Trains & Buses at Greensborough Today we visit Greensborough, a major bus and rail interchange in Melbourne’s leafy northeastern suburbs, along the Hurstbridge Line. Greensborough railway station was rebuilt in 2023, as part of the Hurstbridge Line Duplication between Greensborough and Montmorency. It originally opened in 1902, being rebuilt later in 1970, before the current new station building in 2023. The main purpose of this video was to film buses at the newly rebuilt bus interchange situated underneath the new car park, which opened late last year, it’s always good seeing new bus infrastructure. The new bus interchange has 5 bays, with the existing 2 bays on Para Road, a massive upgrade from before. In addition to the new interchange, Route 343 & other Panorama routes will be taken over by Dysons buses by July 1st 2025 as part of the new Zero Emission Bus Franchises, so we film a few Panorama Coaches buses here as well.
